Modular Buildings

We have created a unique, simple to build, modular home concept which gives you the opportunity to build your own house/cabin/weekend getaway in the location of your choice whilst making substantial savings. Constructed using quality materials chosen for their low maintenance, our modules will ensure your precious time-out is spent enjoying the things you love most. Our modules can be shipped throughout NZ as well as the Pacific Islands.

Modules can be purchased as kitsets, shells or fully finished. They can be used as holiday homes, baches, cribs, cabins, minor dwellings, additions, etc. You can build a single module or, if you have bigger plans, you could start with one and add others as your budget allows or, alternatively, order several and create your dream immediately. If you choose to place several modules together we offer design advice regarding placement and connection options.

The internal walls are non-load bearing so interior layout is only limited by your imagination, however, we have included a few layouts that may suit in order to give you an idea of the kind of thing that can be achieved.
